The Build

Hopefully I had learned from the mistakes I had made in the past and I had a relatively good idea on what the final result should look like.  I made a list of design considerations before I'd started and these were as follows:

Must be as lightweight as possible (this was fundamental to the design)

Must be multi-hull (for stability)

Must not be too bulky (to ease transportation)

Must be able to carry a 500g load with ease

Must be able to operate all day (or night) on a single charge

Must be robust enough so that I don't have to tinker with it on the bankside

Must have minumum 200m range

Must be as waterproof as possible (avoid wet Electronics)
